Consent for personal data processing

1. Consent is given to process the following personal data that is not special or biometric:


1.1. surname, first name, patronymic;

1.2. contact telephone number;

1.3. e-mail address;

1.4. company name; 

1.5. user data (IP-address; location information; operating system type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; source of access to the website; operating system and browser language; website visit history; cookie data).


2. Provided personal data is not publicly available. When processing personal data, the Company undertakes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, deletion, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful acts in relation to personal data.


3. Personal data can be processed with the following aims:


3.1. drafting, signature, fulfillment and termination of civil law agreements with counterparties;


3.2. provision of advertising information, promotion of goods, works and services on the market through direct contact with potential consumers by means of communication; implementation of marketing programs within the framework of activities established in the Charter and other local normative acts of the Company;


3.3.exercise of rights and legitimate interests of the Company as part of the activities established in the Charter and other local normative acts of the Company or third parties or to achieve socially significant goals.


4 The basis for processing personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”; other federal laws and regulations; User Agreement; this Consent to Process Personal Data.


5. Personal data processing shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.


6. Personal data processing may be performed both with and without the use of automated means.


7. During personal data processing the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, submission, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
